Use of GuestGoal

GuestGoal provides AI visibility workflows, saved evidence, generated drafts, and reporting tools for hospitality businesses. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Customer content

You retain ownership of business information, fan questions, pasted AI answers, and other content you add to GuestGoal. You grant GuestGoal permission to process that content to operate the service.

Generated outputs

Generated pages, recommendations, and reports may need human review for accuracy, compliance, and brand fit before use.
